Purpose

TOTOM is dedicated to providing a forum for people involved in the training of mathematics teachers. Each year during September TOTOM organizes a meeting for the sharing of information on teacher licensure and training. This includes both elementary, middle, and high school teacher training. Members are typically members of the mathematics and education departments of the community colleges, universities and colleges in Oregon.

Membership (Member List)

There are no dues or news-letters for TOTOM. A membership list is obtained from the people that attend the fall meeting. Any person attending the meeting becomes a member of TOTOM for 5 years. People on the list will receive notification of meetings and registration information. People that have not attended a meeting in the past five years may add their name to the listserv by contacting the listserv manager Sherry Ettlich

Annual Meeting Task Force

The TOTOM Task Force is charged with the organization of the meeting each fall. This group is composed of volunteers selected at each meeting to plan the next meeting. An effort is made to get representatives from all the represented groups on the task force.
